Prior to founding King Strategic Advisors, Meghan was the Head of Global Regulatory for a publicly-traded payments company where she led a team of regulatory attorneys and non-legal staff specializing in the digital assets, payments, banking services, broker-dealer and income tax regulatory regimes.

She previously served as Associate General Counsel - Regulatory at Coinbase where she and her team were responsible for providing strategic advice on the design and implementation of the company’s products and its regulatory initiatives in conjunction with the policy, product legal, and litigation teams.

Meghan joined Coinbase after spending more than five years at the esteemed Financial Institutions Practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell. She has also worked at preeminent law firms, Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) and Sullivan & Cromwell, and Wall Street banks, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo.
